Fantasy Schedule Analyzer
Games per week is the single biggest volume lever in NBA fantasy. A player on a team with 4 games this week is worth far more than an identical player with 2 games. Use the Grid to spot 4-game weeks, the Week view to rank streaming targets — both updated daily from the live schedule.

Schedule data populates when the NBA season is active (October–June). The ETL updates the schedule daily — check back when the 2026–27 season tips off in October 2026.
How the Schedule Analyzer works
Games per week is the primary signal. Unlike the NFL (one game per team per week), NBA teams play between 0 and 4 games per week. A player on a 4-game team this week provides up to twice the counting stats of a player on a 2-game team. This tool makes that asymmetry visible at a glance.
Grid view. All 30 teams across the next six Monday–Sunday windows. Each cell shows the team's game count, color-coded by volume: 4 games (strong), 3 (good), 2 (weak), 1 (avoid). Toggle "Show matchup quality" to overlay an E / A / T indicator for the opponents that week.
Week view. Select a week from the dropdown to see all teams ranked by Schedule Score:
Schedule Score = games_count + (matchup_ease_pct ÷ 100) × 0.5
The 0.5 cap means matchup quality can only break ties — a team with 3 games and perfect opponents (3.5) never outranks a team with 4 games and tough opponents (4.0). Games count is always the primary signal.
Matchup ease. For each game a team plays in the week, the opponent's average fantasy points allowed (averaged across guards, forwards, and centers from nba_matchup_ratings) is retrieved. The mean of those values is normalized to a 0–100 percentile rank across all (team, week) cells. Easy (≥ 67th pct) / Avg / Tough (< 33rd pct).
